Costs & Payment
All my services are competitively priced to accommodate small and medium-sized businesses.
Your complimentary consultation will include a cost estimate, provided via email shortly after the consultation. (Please set aside at least twenty minutes before calling for your consultation.)
If you select a package, I will be able to provide a quote during the consultation and I guarantee that the price you pay will not exceed that quote by more than 10%.
Costs for one-time services are determined by word count using an automated tool and your source material. Discounts may be available for high volume projects, and very involved translations may cost significantly more.
Estimated cost per word:
The estimates provided are based on the amount of web copy required for an average, small to medium-sized business. The quote you will receive during the complimentary consultation may vary if the size of your project is significantly larger or smaller than the usual — however, I guarantee that the price you pay will not exceed that quote by more than 10%.
Social media management will be invoiced on a pre-arranged schedule. Costs for this service are calculated according to the number of platforms and the frequency and type of content that is to be published. The initial contract will be for eight weeks and you will be invoiced every two weeks, for a total of four payments. For clients with an established record of prompt payment, the frequency of payments and the duration of the contract can be negotiated for greater convenience.
Upon agreement via email to my quote(s) for your project(s), I will email a contract that is designed to protect both parties. I value my customers greatly and will treat your projects, privacy, and interests as if they were my own. In exchange I require respect for my work in the form of prompt payment via PayPal (an added layer of protection for both parties) and in accordance with the payment terms briefly outlined here and detailed in the contract you will receive.
A 50% deposit is required for one-time projects before I begin any work for first-time clients. The remaining 50% is to be paid in full upon delivery of the completed work. For clients with an established record of prompt payment, the percentages can be negotiated for greater convenience. If you are a registered non-profit organization with no religious affiliations, these percentages can be negotiated for greater convenience.
